How do I get more information about your products?

We are online during office hours so you can simply request for more information about a product or service through WhatsApp, telephone, web chat or email. We can also arrange to meet if required to discuss any queries or assistance you may need.

What is your delivery time?

For stock items, our delivery time is generally 7-10 working days, if some customization or alternative chair fabric or leather colour is required it may take additional time for upholstery. For larger projects where furniture is sourced from overseas then the lead time is 8-10 weeks from order confirmation.

Can you do custom made sofas & furniture?

Yes we can, if you have a particular design in mind we can custom make sofas, armchairs and desk configurations to suit your need.

What warranty do you offer?

We offer a standard 12-month warranty on most products and up to a maximum 3 years on others.  In the unlikely event that any warranty issues should arise with our quality products our customer service team will be ready to assist.

Can I try the chairs before purchasing?

We offer a TRY BEFORE BUY option in Dubai, where we will deliver some of your selected chairs to you to see our quality and colour selections. You then decide on the chair and fabric / leather colours required and then place your order. (For other Emirates please ask)

What payment options do you accept?

We accept most credit cards onsite via our POS Machine, cheque, cash and bank transfer.

Can you help me with the layout and space planning of our office?

Yes, the layout and space planning can be done by us. Simply share the AutoCAD drawing of your office or if you don’t have one we can come out and measure it up for you and then create a floor plan for your office.

TRY BEFORE BUY is where you select several chairs from our website and we bring them to your office where you can make a decision on the most suitable chair for your requirement based on comfort, ergonomics and budget.

Is it possible to see some of your completed projects?

Yes, this is possible. Our past customers are happy to show off their office to our prospective clients. Please contact us to arrange a site visit of our past work.
