Mobilia's project team visits your existing office, assesses the current furniture condition and layout and takes measurements. An honest assessment of what should be replaced and what can be retained is produced — with no obligation to proceed.
A new floor plan is designed for the refurbished office — incorporating the retained items, the replacement furniture and any new zones such as breakout areas or acoustic booths. Revisions are made until the layout is approved.
