Step 2 — Furniture Specification & Quotation

Based on the approved layout, Mobilia produces a complete furniture specification — every item, every dimension, every finish, every quantity. A consolidated quotation covers all furniture categories including workstations, seating, storage, reception counters and acoustic solutions — delivery and installation included.

Step 3 — Manufacturing & Production Schedule

Once the specification is confirmed, Mobilia schedules production across our Al Quoz manufacturing facility. All furniture is produced from the same material batch — ensuring consistent finish, dimension and specification across every piece in the fit-out. A confirmed production and delivery schedule is provided at order stage so you can plan your move-in date with certainty.

Step 4 — Delivery & Professional Installation

Mobilia's own installation team delivers and assembles all furniture — no subcontracting, no third-party installation crews. Furniture is delivered in the correct sequence for efficient assembly, installed to the approved layout plan and inspected before the team leaves site. Packaging is removed and disposed of as part of the installation service.

Step 5 — Handover & Post-Installation Support

At handover, Mobilia provides a complete furniture inventory, warranty documentation and contact details for post-installation support. Any snags identified at handover inspection are resolved within 48 hours. The 5-year structural warranty on all furniture begins from the handover date and is serviced directly from our Al Quoz facility.

Phased Fit-Outs — Live Office Installations

For organisations that cannot vacate their office during the fit-out, Mobilia manages phased installation — furnishing one floor or zone at a time while the remaining areas remain operational.
